For domestic orders : in case of a lost package , we will be liable to replace your order and resend you a new one. In case the item/s were not available or out of stock, we will then refund you the total value instead.

Stainless steel is a durable, eco friendly and recyclable material. 

Our 18k gold plated stainless steel pieces went through a gold PVD coating process which is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making them highly durable and resistant to elements such as water and sweat .
