We have so much faith in the craftsmanship of our pieces that we are offering you a 1 year warranty on color and repair that covers all the pieces we sell.

The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from VENETA JEWELS and covers any manufacturing defects or in the rare event of any discoloration and tarnishing under normal use during the warranty period . (please note that we define tarnish 

Within the warranty period , if the item is proven to have manufacturing defect or if tarnish occurs under normal use ( Please note that color fading caused by potential scratches from daily wear and tear is not covered. We will assess the item to determine whether the discoloration resulted from scratches or actual tarnish of the metal.) we will provide you a like for like replacement at no charge- if a like for like replacement is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided .

What does the Warranty not cover?

• General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care. 
• Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Since gold and steel are not scratch-proof materials, scratches / breakage that occur from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim. (It is the customer's sole responsibility to take care of the piece/s ) . 

• Jump rings - As we weld our jump rings for maximum durability, we cannot guarantee full gold plating on the miniature circular loops, and warranty claims would not apply to them.
