Returns & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return the piece/s and we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase (minus a returns  delivery charge) . This excludes earrings (for strict hygiene reasons ) and personalized multi-charm items.

To start the return process please email us at hello@venetajewels.com. Once the return has been confirmed by us , we will process it by issuing a returns label and we will email you all the necessary info sharing the return tracking number.

For international orders , customers have 30 days to return the item/s from the fulfillment date. Customers are fully responsible to ship back the pieces.


To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
    • Items must be in all original packaging (pouches, boxes, ..)

    Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours.

     

    All below items are non-returnable:

    • Earrings (for Hygienic reasons)
    • Personalized multi-charm items.
    • Gift cards
    • Products from our final"sale" section
    • Pieces purchases on COD basis - we cannot refund cash .

    To exchange your item/s follow the above return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the item/s you desire.

    FAULTY ITEMS :

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will ensure your item get replaced and we will cover all necessary shipping costs .
