Refund Policy

REFUND ON RETURNED ITEMS
  • In order to be eligible for a refund on items you wish to return , please check our returns policy first.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item/s in accordance to our returns policy, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method deducting a delivery fee . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If not approved , the item/s will be returned back to you and a delivery fee will be charged .

REFUND ON DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
  • If the reason for your refund request is to return a wrong or a damaged item, please make sure to contact us not longer than 24hours after you receive your order on hello@venetajewels.com and provide us with your order number, pictures and details.
In these 2 cases only we will refund you the total amount of your order( value of the item at time of your purchase + shipping cost) . 
 
REFUND EXCLUSIONS
We cannot make a refund in the below cases: 
  1. Your order did not reach you due to factors out of our control (in the case where you provided us with an incorrect address).For that , Please always double check your address details before placing an order. 
  2. Your order did not reach you due to other uncontrollable factors (such as customs clearance issues , natural disasters, ..) The items you purchased were on Sale. We do not refund during the Sale.
  3. The item you purchased were EARRINGS. For hygienic reasons, earrings are excluded from returns & refunds.
