Iam a bit disappointed cause i have received a pair of hoops that are bigger than what I taught.they are supposed to be 12 mm diameter , but they are way bigger.I have purchached another pair previously and they were 15 mm diameter which surprisingly there are smaller than the latest one i received.🙃

Hello ! As explained by email, how you measured the hoop is not the correct way . These hoops have 12mm inner diameter (not to confuse the inner + outer altogether ) and 5mm thickness. The real dimensions reflect exactly what is described in the description page. Please re-measure the hoops and you can always reach out again by email if you need us to find a solution in case you expected to receive a different size. xxx
