HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?

• Next day delivery inside UAE. If your order is placed before 5 pm, it will be dispatched on the same day for a next day delivery. Otherwise, your order will be be dispatched for delivery on the day after .
  

• 2-5 days delivery for GCC .  If your order is placed before 12 pm noon, it will be dispatched on the same day . Otherwise, your order will be be dispatched for delivery on the next after.
  

• 5-7 days International delivery. If your order is placed before 12 pm noon, it will be dispatched on the same day . Otherwise, your order will be be dispatched for delivery on the next after.
  

DUTIES AND TAXES

Once your package has left from our end, we are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply. Please research your country if they charge extra customs fees or any other fees as these may vary for each country.

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

If you provided a wrong address and your order has not shipped yet , we will still be able to update it with the correct address. However, if the order has already shipped , It will be beyond our responsibility . Please double check your address details before placing an order.

LOST PACKAGE

Veneta Jewels is not responsible for any lost packages. 

If for any reason your package is lost and returned to us , we will charge a resend fee. In the case where you ask for a refund and would not like your package sent back ,  You will be granted a Full Refund (minus the shipping cost if any).
